Astrology is a belief system and ancient tradition. The predictions, readings, and analyses provided by our AI-powered system are based on Vedic astrological principles and should not be construed as:

• Professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Legal counsel or legal advice of any kind
• Financial, investment, or wealth management advice
• Career counseling or professional guidance
• A guarantee or prediction of future events

Cosmic Pandit, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, partners, and AI systems shall not be held responsible or liable for:

• Any reliance placed on astrological predictions, compatibility reports, or AI-generated readings

By using Cosmic Pandit, you explicitly acknowledge that all decisions are your own responsibility and that the service providers are fully indemnified from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

To use Cosmic Pandit, you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will not share your account with others
• You accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

Cosmic Pandit offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are subject to additional charges as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

You agree not to use Cosmic Pandit to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without permission
• Upload or share malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content on Cosmic Pandit — including but not limited to text, graphics, AI-generated reports, the Cosmic Pandit name, logo, and brand — is the intellectual property of Cosmic Pandit and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may download PDF reports generated for your personal use only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosmic Pandit, its founders, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
