• A random authentication identifier and essential session data for Guest journeys
• Full name

• Date of birth, birth time, and birth place when you request personalized calculations
• Mobile number (optional)
• IP address and basic device or usage information for security and service analytics
• Language preference
• Order references, purchased entitlements and reading history

Your personal information is used solely for:

• Generating your personalized Vedic birth chart (Janma Kundli)
• Providing AI-powered astrology readings and predictions
• Sending important service-related communications
• Improving our services and user experience
• Fraud prevention and security purposes

We respect your privacy. Any personal information — including your name, phone number, email address, and birth details — shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Your birth details are used exclusively for astrological calculations and are stored securely in encrypted databases. We do not share individual birth charts or personal data with any external parties.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

A Guest journey is tied to the session stored in that browser. If you clear browser data, sign out, or change devices before linking an email, we may be unable to restore access to its readings or purchases.

We use essential session cookies to keep your account or Guest journey available. We also use measurement cookies from Google Analytics to understand feature usage and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Our private admin dashboard stores only daily aggregate counters, such as total visits, sessions, page categories and feature-use counts. It does not create individual event rows or store a visitor ID, full referrer, IP address or personal browsing trail in our first-party analytics table.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude — AI prediction generation (birth data is sent to generate readings)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Razorpay — secure payment processing

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Cosmic Pandit is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
